Alexis McManamon

Alexis McManamon is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director, People Partner at Orna Therapeutics since August 2022, Alexis previously held the role of Associate Director of Human Resources at Rheos Medicines and had a long tenure at Jounce Therapeutics, Inc., where responsibilities included Senior HR Business Partner and Manager of Learning and Development. Earlier career highlights include positions at Synageva BioPharma Corp. and Sylvan Learning, alongside significant retail management experience at notable brands such as Vineyard Vines, kate spade, and Coach, where Alexis achieved store management promotions and was recognized for excellence in training and sales performance.
