Matthew Forti

Matthew Forti began their work experience in 2003 as a Maintenance/Recycling Coordinator at Merrimack Education Center. Matthew then worked as a Facilities Assistant at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2011, Matthew served as an Assistant Site Manager at National Facility Services, overseeing a team of nearly 50 people. Matthew then worked as an Insurance Sales Representative at Merrimack Valley Insurance Agency from 2012 to 2014. In 2011, Matthew joined Johnson Controls as an Operations & Maintenance Site Supervisor/Site Lead, responsible for managing various assigned facilities. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Facility Manager at Novartis, where they developed and implemented service delivery strategies. Matthew then served as a Senior Facility Manager at Novartis from 2015 to 2016 before becoming the Interim Site Lead in the same company until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as the Site Lead and Regional Manager at Novartis. In 2019, Matthew joined CRISPR Therapeutics as the Director of Facilities and Real Estate. Currently, they are the Head of Facilities at C4 Therapeutics, Inc. (since 2021). Matthew also has experience as the Principal of Valley Services, LLC (formerly Forti Real Estate, LLC) starting in 2007.

Matthew Forti completed their education in business administration and management. Matthew obtained a diploma from Billerica Memorial High School in 2002. After that, they pursued an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Middlesex Community College, graduating in 2004. Finally, Matthew earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completing their studies in 2007.
