Constant Alarcon

Constant Alarcon is an experienced professional in the field of clean energy and climate policy. Currently serving as Programme Manager for Clean Energy at C40 Cities since February 2020, Constant leads initiatives to assist cities in transitioning to low carbon energy sources. Prior experience includes managing the RE100 campaign at The Climate Group, where Constant facilitated collaboration among major businesses focused on renewable energy. Other roles include Climate Change Analyst at the Children's Investment Fund Foundation, where Constant developed climate mitigation grants, and various positions within French governmental bodies, contributing to urban planning, sustainable development, and ecological transition efforts. Constant holds a Master's degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's and Master's in Public Administration from Sciences Po.
