Sabareesh Suresh

Sabareesh Suresh is a seasoned professional in climate action and urban planning, currently serving as the Manager for Climate Action Implementation at C40 Cities, supporting South West Asian member cities. In March 2024, Sabareesh was selected as a US India Emerging Climate Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation America. Prior experience includes positions at the World Resources Institute, Athena Infonomics, UNESCO MGIEP, and several UN initiatives, focusing on climate resilience, urban governance, and sustainable development. Sabareesh holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from CEPT University, an MBA in Business Analytics from NMIMS CDOE, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Sathyabama University.
