Marguerite Pappalardo

Marguerite Phan-Pappalardo has extensive experience in investment management and financial oversight, currently serving as Directeur d’Investissements and Responsable administratif et financier des Fonds at Smalt Capital since January 2008. Responsibilities include the management of administrative, accounting, and regulatory aspects of funds, performance analysis, and valuation processes for investments. Previously, Marguerite held the position of Responsable de l’audit et la valorisation, conducting valuations and audits for portfolio companies. Prior to Smalt Capital, Marguerite worked at PwC France as a Superviseur, overseeing audit missions for international and small to medium enterprises, with a focus on distribution, industry, and medical sectors, and gained foundational experience at Deloitte France as an Auditeur assistant. Marguerite holds a Master's degree in Audit from KEDGE Business School, obtained in 2003.
