Paul Sloman

Paul Sloman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation, change management, and finance. Currently serving as Director of Transformation & Change at C5 Alliance Group Limited since April 2022, Paul previously held key roles at Guernsey Electricity and Specsavers, focusing on finance and procurement. At Guernsey Electricity, Paul functioned as Head of Finance and Chief Process Owner, while at Specsavers, contributions spanned various leadership positions in finance and operations over a 15-year period. Additional experience includes project management roles at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust and British Gas, and commercial management at Centrica.
