Arnel A. Jalbuena

Arnel A. Jalbuena is an associate attorney at the Los Angeles office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O‘Meara LLP. He primarily handles general litigation cases and acts as defense counsel in personal injury matters in both first-party and third-party cases. He provides advice and counsel to individual clients and insurance carriers with a particular focus on proper claim investigation, concrete resolution planning, and suave negotiation.

Mr. Jalbuena produces strong work product and winning motion work that successfully settles cases and obtains different types of dispositive relief. He stays up to date on relevant case law and statute and incorporates his knowledge to better assist his clients in understanding their legal rights and duties.

Mr. Jalbuena attended UC Hastings College of Law where he served as a senior article editor for the International and Comparative Law Review journal. During his time in law school he also served on the Executive Board of his ethnic law student association, interned with the LA District Attorney’s Office – Van Nuys, worked for a plaintiff’s-side civil litigation office, and helped a client successfully attain asylum through the Refugee and Human Rights Clinic.

Outside of the office, Mr. Jalbuena likes to play and watch sports and travel with friends and family.
