Michela Tasca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. As the Owner, Manager, and Chef at Ca' de Memi since April 2005, Michela oversees an agricultural business that has been family-owned since 1933, specializing in raising Padovana chickens and producing homemade jams. Prior to this role, Michela served as a Marketing and Sales Consultant for Gruppo Marly's in 2004-2005, focusing on the women's prêt-à-porter sector, and was a Co-Owner at Tasca Abbigliamento S.p.A. from 1980 to 2005. Michela holds a Laurea Magistrale in Economia e Commercio from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia and a Maturità Scientifica from Liceo Scientifico Da Ponte - Bassano del Grappa, in addition to pursuing a Diploma Alberghiero from IPSSAR Maffioli - Istituto Alberghiero di Castelfranco Veneto.
