Alexander Rafajlovič

Alexander Rafajlovič has a strong background in market research and data analytics in the real estate industry. Alexander is currently the Head of Market Research & Data Analytics at CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo) since January 2021. Prior to this, they had extensive experience at Cushman & Wakefield, where they served as a Partner, Capital Markets CEE and had direct involvement in major sales and acquisitions of commercial real estate. Alexander also held roles as an Associate in the Capital Markets Group and as the Head of Research for the Czech Republic & Slovakia. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Alexander worked as an Analyst in Market Research & Benchmarking for Siemens Real Estate.

Alexander Rafajlovič attended Prague University of Economics and Business from 1999 to 2004, earning an Ing. degree in International Trade and Company Valuation. Additionally, they also studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2002 to 2003, although no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
