Cecelia Chen has over a decade of experience in the finance industry, currently holding multiple roles at CPP Investments | Investissements RPC since November 2014, including Exposure, Leverage & Liquidity Management, and Macro Strategy within Capital Market and Factor Investing. Prior to this, Cecelia served as a Manager at Scotiabank from October 2011 to November 2014, where responsibilities included managing liquidity investments, reviewing valuation procedures for structured products, and designing risk analysis tools. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, both obtained from the University of Waterloo.
