Danica Oldford has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Danica is currently the Managing Director & Head of Corporate Services at CPP Investments, where they oversee expense operations, procurement, global real estate assets, workplace experience, property management, sustainability initiatives, workplace transformation, and the global travel program. Prior to this, Danica worked at SAP, where they served as the Interim Chief of Staff & Head of the President's Office for SAP Cloud Success Services, the Global Vice President for Employee Engagement & Culture in the Customer Engagement & Experience organization, and the Regional Vice President for Canada in the Customer First - Procurement division. Before joining SAP, they were the Global Director of Indirect Procurement at McCain Foods. Danica also has experience working at Walmart Canada as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and at Onex, where they held various positions including Vice President of Shared Services, Director of Shared Services, Director of Corporate Administration, Manager of Administration, and Office Manager. Danica has a strong background in leadership, customer success, procurement, and corporate services.

Danica Oldford attended the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2014 for the IVEY Management Program. Danica obtained a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Toronto from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1991 to 1994.
