Logan Willis

Logan Willis is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Investment Legal and Board Secretariat at CPP Investments since February 2017. Previously, Logan held various leadership roles at CPP Investments, including Managing Director of Investment Legal and the Office of the CEO, and Director of Legal. Prior to this, Logan was a Partner at Goodmans LLP from August 2006 to January 2017 and served as Legal Counsel at The Globe and Mail from June 2011 to May 2012. Logan holds a Juris Doctor with Honours Standing from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.
