Oana Popovat

Oana Popovat has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Oana started their career in 2000 as a Financial Analyst at Mackenzie Financial Corp. In 2002, they worked as a Business Project Leader at Canada Life. In 2004, they worked as a Control Specialist at Resource Connections and then became a Manager of Enterprise Risk Consulting at Deloitte & Touche LLP. In 2005, they joined CPP Investments | Investissements RPC and held various roles, including Director of Corporate Systems and Management Practices, Managing Director of HR Operations and Analytics, and currently, they hold the position of Managing Director, Head of Talent Operations on the Global Leadership Team.

Oana Popovat obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from York University in 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Civil Engineering University in Bucharest, Romania in 1996.
