Steffi Freed

Steffi Freed is an experienced Executive Assistant with a diverse background supporting high-level executives across multiple sectors, including finance and banking. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Talent Officer at CPP Investments since May 2019, Steffi has amassed significant expertise in calendar management, meeting coordination, expense management, and logistical support for executive events. Previous roles include positions at BMO Financial Group, OPTA Information Intelligence, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, UBS, Serco Group, Goldman Sachs, Australia and New Zealand Bank, AXA, and GE Capital, where Steffi demonstrated a strong ability to improve operational efficiency, organize high-stakes meetings and events, and enhance administrative processes.
