Trish Ellsworth is currently the Vice President of Performance and Insights at CAA Atlantic, where Trish also previously held the title of Director of Performance & Insights and Director of Digital. Trish is currently a Part-Time Instructor at the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Business, teaching Management Information Systems and Legal, Privacy & Security on the Internet. With previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst at Bell and a Business Intelligence Analyst at Innovatia, Trish has expertise in digital customer service, analytics, online account management, and program management. Trish holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick, as well as further education from Esade.
