Peter Van Hezewyk

Peter Van Hezewyk is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in customer service and operations. As President and CEO of CAA Niagara since December 2016, Peter leads a member-centric team dedicated to delivering value to members. Previous roles include Director of Operations at CAA Niagara and Founder of Voicify Consulting, which focuses on leveraging employee feedback to enhance customer impact. Peter's expertise spans several industries, having held senior leadership positions at notable companies such as Cogeco Connexion, Continental Promotion Group, and CIBC, where significant achievements include winning multiple awards for customer satisfaction and implementing successful operational initiatives. Peter holds a BA in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto and has pursued further executive training.
