John Zhao

John Zhao is an experienced Information Technology professional with a robust background in quality assurance and ERP system analysis. Currently serving as the Information Technology Quality Assurance Manager at CAA South Central Ontario since May 2021, John has extensive experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Club QA Lead at the CAA Club Group, specializing in various projects involving SAP and automation tools.
