Quentin Broad

Quentin Broad has extensive leadership experience in finance, equity sales, and organizational governance, currently serving on the Board of Directors for CAA South Central Ontario since May 2022. Previously, Quentin held the position of Managing Director at Capitalize for Kids from March 2018 to May 2023, focusing on enhancing kids' mental health. Notable past roles include serving on the Board of Governors at McMaster University, managing institutional equity sales at CIBC Capital Markets, and leading equity research efforts there as well. Earlier career roles include leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, Scotiabank, and National Bank Financial. Quentin is pursuing a Chartered Director designation at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business and holds an MBA in Finance from McMaster University, along with executive education from Wharton.
