Basil Tulbah

Basil Tulbah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of management, geology, and economic planning. Currently serving as General Manager at Creative Artists Agency since November 2025, Basil has previously held key positions, including Co-Founder of MZN Bodycare and Head of Planning and Operations at the Public Investment Fund. Additional roles include Energy Economics Department Manager at the Ministry of Economy and Planning and various leadership positions at Saudi Aramco, focusing on exploration and team management. Basil holds a Master of Business Administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master of Philosophy in Geology from Royal Holloway, University of London, along with a BSc in Geophysics from The University of Edinburgh.
