Ericka Ponte

Ericka Ponte has a diverse work experience in operations and management spanning over 11 years. Ericka is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at CaaStle since December 2020. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Regional Director at CaaStle from September 2019 to December 2020. Before joining CaaStle, Ericka was associated with Gwynnie Bee as the Regional Director of Operations and later as the General Manager. Ericka also worked as the Senior Distribution Manager at Gwynnie Bee. Before joining Gwynnie Bee, Ericka served as the General Manager at Bunzl North America/ Schwarz Supply Source. Ericka'scareer began at Target, where they worked as an Operations Manager for four years.

Ericka Ponte completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Franklin University in the years 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The Ohio State University between the years 2001 and 2005.
