Katie Hua

Katie Hua has a diverse work history in consulting and client partnership roles. Katie is currently the Director of Client Partnership & Growth at CaaStle, where they have been since January 2022. Prior to that, they were an Associate Director of Client Partnership & Growth at CaaStle from January 2020 to December 2021. From September 2017 to December 2019, they worked as a Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Development at CaaStle. Before joining CaaStle, Katie worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Manager, leading global clients in planning and executing mergers and divestitures in the Consumer Packaged Goods and Specialty Chemicals industries. Katie also held the position of Senior Consultant at Deloitte from August 2015 to July 2017. Prior to Deloitte, Katie worked at Accenture as a Consultant from September 2009 to July 2013.

Katie Hua completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia Business School in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) with a focus in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University between 2005 and 2009.
