Actuarial Solutions Manager at CAAT Pension Plan

Yulia H. is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as the Actuarial Solutions Team Lead at CAAT Pension Plan since August 2019. In this role, Yulia H. consults with employers on the implications of pension plan mergers, providing guidance on pension and tax legislation while evaluating the impacts on the Plan’s funded status. Yulia H. leads a team in developing tools and materials to streamline the merger process and enhance efficiency, ensuring the application of actuarial concepts throughout. Prior to this, Yulia H. worked at Aon from September 2011 to August 2019 as an Actuarial Consultant, where responsibilities included conducting actuarial valuations, asset/liability studies, and developing de-risking strategies for various retirement plan structures. Yulia H. holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University, completed in 2011, after earlier studies at the same institution from 2007 to 2009.
