Elisa di Gregorio

Elisa Di Gregorio is currently pursuing a specialization in psychotherapy at Area G Scuola di Psicoterapia, with a focus on psychological support for adolescents and adults. Since November 2023, Elisa has been working as a Specializzanda in psicoterapia at Consultorio Familiare Brivio - Ospedale Niguarda. Concurrently, Elisa serves as a Sport Psychologist at Fondazione Centro per la Famiglia Cardinal Carlo Maria Martini Onlus, promoting life skills in children and adolescents through physical activities. In addition, Elisa provides mental coaching and psychological support to athletes at Cab Polidiagnostico and has experience conducting workshops for youth within the project "A scuola con l'Arco" under FITARCO. Previous roles include educator at AIAS di Milano Onlus and professional internships at CSF - Centro Studi Famiglia and Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where clinical and research activities were conducted.
