Senior Process Engineer, Process Development at Cabaletta Bio

Victoria Stratton has a broad range of work experience. Victoria began their career in 2006 as a Teaching Assistant for the JMU Department of Biology. Victoria then worked as a Research Student under Dr. Janet Daniel and Dr. Louise Temple at JMU. In 2009, they began working as a QC Analyst for Human Genome Sciences. In 2010, they were a Colorguard Coach for Fairfax County Public Schools. In 2012, they became a Microbiologist for GlaxoSmithKline, where they performed environmental monitoring in ISO 5, ISO 7, and ISO 8 areas, collected surface viable, air viable, and non-viable particle samples, and worked interdepartmentally on various risk assessment and continuous improvement projects. In 2014, they became a Senior Microbiologist for Discovery Labs, where they performed environmental monitoring throughout the manufacturing facility (ISO 5, 7, and 8), collected water samples and conducted bioburden and endotoxin testing, and performed growth promotion on new media lots. In 2015, they became a Manufacturing Associate II and QC Associate for Hitachi Chemical Advanced Therapeutics Solutions, LLC. In 2018, they became a Process Engineer and Cell Therapy Specialist for Adaptimmune. In 2020, they began working as a Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer for Cabaletta Bio.

Victoria Stratton obtained a BS in Biology from James Madison University between 2006 and 2010, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the same institution during the same time period. Victoria also holds a Certificate in Cell and Gene Therapies: Workforce Development in Biomanufacturing from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
