Oscar E. started their academic journey in 1979 and completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronic Engineering at Universidad Simón Bolívar in 1986. Moving forward, in the year 2000, they pursued a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree at Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela, which they successfully completed in 2004. Five years later, in 2005, they participated in the Executive Management program at London Business School, specifically in the Accelerated Development Program. Continuing their professional development, in 2007, Oscar attended the Management Program with a focus on Leading with New Realities at Questrom School of Business, Boston University. This program lasted for a year. Lastly, they acquired a certification in Italian Language and Culture: Beginner (Italian1x) from Wellesley College in May 2020.
