Muhammad Waseem Ayyaz is the Country MEAL Manager at Secours Islamique France, overseeing the MEAL Department and serving as the Child Safeguarding Focal Person for the SIF Mission in Pakistan since January 2023. Previously, Muhammad worked as a MEAL Consultant for Oxfam, focusing on climate resilience initiatives in Asian cities from July to November 2022. Muhammad has also been the Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Business Development at AGAHE from October 2017 to June 2022, leading various research-based evaluations in sectors such as WASH and livelihood programs. Earlier roles include Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for an Oxfam project and Associate Researcher at Forman Christian College, where Muhammad authored several research papers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Policy from the University of Management and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of the Punjab.
