Kristen Phipps

Kristen Phipps is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, product development, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Cabico&co since August 2024, Kristen previously held the position of Director of Product Development at Cabinetworks Group, where leadership involved managing a diverse range of cabinetry brands. Prior roles include Director of Aftermarket and Director of Product Strategy at Thetford Corporation, Director of Marketing at HDA Truck Pride, and various leadership positions at Hastings Manufacturing and Specteo. With a solid foundation in marketing and operations, Kristen has successfully driven growth initiatives, developed strategic product portfolios, and executed marketing strategies throughout a career spanning over two decades. Kristen holds an MBA in Marketing from Wayne State University and additional certifications in Human Resources and Project Management from Villanova University.
