Alvaro de Castro de Miguel

Alvaro de Castro de Miguel serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Development at Cabify since May 2022. Previously, Alvaro held the position of M&A Head of Executions at factory14 from August 2021 to May 2022. Alvaro's experience in investment banking includes roles as Associate and Analyst at Morgan Stanley between October 2017 and September 2021, and offcycle analyst prior to that. Alvaro began a career in strategy consulting at Monitor Deloitte from September 2015 to September 2017. Early professional experiences include internships at Garrigues, BENCHMARQUE, Clifford Chance LLP, and Cuatrecasas in various legal and corporate roles. Alvaro holds a degree in Law and Business from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and has studied International Law and Finance at the University of Sydney and Boston College Carroll School of Management, respectively.
