Sudesh Vasudevan

Sudesh Vasudevan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development, finance, and investment banking. Currently serving as VP & Head of Corporate Development at WSO2 since October 2025, Sudesh previously held the role of VP of Finance, Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Gupshup from July 2021 to October 2025, where achievements included leading a corporate development team that executed six strategic acquisitions and securing over $50M in growth capital. Prior roles include Managing Director at Evercore, focusing on cybersecurity coverage, and Director at Deutsche Bank, where Sudesh led significant M&A, IPO, and debt transactions totaling over $40B in value. Sudesh's career began with positions at Aetna, Lehman Brothers, and Accenture after earning an M.B.A. from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
