Joaquin Odriozola

Joaquin Odriozola serves as the Head of Legal for Cabify in Argentina and Uruguay since January 2020. Concurrently, Joaquin has been a Senior Lawyer and Of Counsel at Estudio Curutchet-Odriozola since May 2010, specializing in corporate law and compliance with regulations established by the Inspección General de Justicia. Previously, Joaquin held legal advisory roles at the Ministry of Production and Labor of the Nation from March 2016 to December 2019 and assisted in family law and succession matters at Estudio Llorente & Villanueva from June 2003 to January 2005. Joaquin's education includes a Master's in Corporate Compliance from CEUPE - European Business School, a Master's in Business Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, and a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires. Additionally, Joaquin has served as a Teaching Assistant in Commercial Law at the University of Buenos Aires.
