Magnus Sjöström has extensive work experience in project and product management roles. Magnus started their career at Nokia in 2000, where they served as a Test Leader for a global test project. In 2002, they became a Site Application Manager, responsible for implementing and rolling out a web-based fault management tool.

In 2003, Magnus moved to Stoneridge, where they held various roles over a period of 14 years. Magnus started as a System Verification Project Manager, ensuring the quality and functionality of an Instrument Cluster product for MAN. Magnus later became a Project Manager, leading the development of Stoneridge's first digital tachograph and a Telematic product for Daimler/Fleetboard.

In 2015, Magnus became a Team Manager at Stoneridge, leading the Project Management team for automotive products. Magnus then took on the role of Product Lifecycle Management Manager, responsible for the digital tachograph supplied to heavy truck OEM and AM customers in Europe and other vehicles.

In 2018, Magnus joined CabinAir Sweden AB as the Head of Project Management Office, where they built and managed the PMO structure based on LEAN principles. Magnus also served as the Head of Product and Project Management Office, overseeing the company's project portfolio and strategy roadmap.

Throughout their career, Magnus has demonstrated their ability to manage and develop global teams, set product strategies, and improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Magnus Sjöström obtained their M.Sc. EE degree in Electronics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1993 to 1999. Throughout their career, they have also completed various courses and training programs in personal communication, leadership, Lean product development, Agile project management, and Six Sigma. These courses were taken at institutions such as Mindset, Forefront Consulting, Astrakan, Swerea IVF, and Sandholm Associates.
