Shaun Young is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and pharmacy operations. Currently serving as the General Manager at Cabinet Health since January 2024, Shaun leads B2B and channel expansion for plastic-free OTC and pharmacy products. Prior to this role, Shaun held the position of Head of Strategy at Flipt, where PBM software was launched and commercialized. As Senior Vice President of Operations at Nurx, Shaun managed a 200-person workforce and P&L responsibilities, reporting directly to the CEO. Shaun also served as Head of Pharmacy Benefits at Bind On-Demand Health Insurance, where innovative pharmacy benefits were developed before the company was acquired by UnitedHealth. As the CEO and Founder of Ardina™, Shaun created a discount healthcare product for Millennial freelancers, garnering recognition and investment. Educational credentials include an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a Pharm.D. from the University of the Pacific.
