Dixie Phelan

Dixie Phelan is currently the HR Manager at Cabinetworks Group since November 2018. Prior to that, Dixie worked as an HR Generalist at the Indiana Department of Correction from June 2003 to November 2018. Dixie holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University Northwest, which was completed between 2000 and 2009.
