Lawrence France has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Since 2023, they have been working as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Cabinetworks Group. From 2018 to 2023, they served as the Vice President of Global FP&A at Vertiv, overseeing critical infrastructure services. Prior to that, they worked as the Business Unit CFO at Maplehurst Bakeries, LLC, where they managed the financial strategies and operations. From 2009 to 2015, Lawrence held various finance director positions at Whirlpool Corporation, including roles in integrated business units, global cost productivity, capital investments, and home cleaning. Before that, they worked as the Finance Director of Global FP&A at Noble International, where they implemented a robust FP&A process and managed budget and forecast processes. Lawrence started their career at DaimlerChrysler, where they held roles in procurement financial control, asset securitization, reporting analysis, cost investment analysis, and internal audit. Lawrence's early experience includes working as a Process Engineer at Union Carbide, where they led a team in the purchasing of a chemical processing unit in Malaysia.
Lawrence France has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, which was obtained from 1991 to 1995. Lawrence then pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the same university from 1995 to 1997. Lawrence later attended the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an MBA with a specialization in Finance.
