Matthew Turner

Matthew Turner has extensive experience in operations and process engineering, currently serving as Director of Operations at Cabinetworks Group since April 2017, where Matthew has also held roles as Plant Manager and Production Manager. Prior to this, Turner worked at Caterpillar Inc. from June 2010 to March 2017 as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on fabrication processes for new product introductions and process improvements, achieving a Green Belt certification in April 2012. Additionally, Turner completed student internships at Caterpillar Inc. and Motorola Solutions, where significant achievements included a 70% reduction in line changeover time and creation of process optimization tools. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Lean Systems and Six Sigma Undergraduate Certificate from Northern Illinois University.
