Nathan Martineau

Nathan Martineau has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Nathan began their career at Unisys as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and supporting assembly lines. After five years, they joined Masco Cabinetry as a Corporate Manufacturing Engineer and then progressed to the position of Production Manager. In 2010, they became the Plant Manager at Milgard Windows and Doors, overseeing plant operations and a team of 150 employees. In 2013, they returned to Masco Cabinetry as the Director of Manufacturing Operations until 2020. Currently, Nathan is serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing Services at Cabinetworks Group.

Nathan Martineau holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2003 to 2005.
