Francesca Duffy Bliss has a diverse work experience in the areas of content strategy, development, and advocacy media. Francesca began their career as a Client Relations Coordinator at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, responsible for marketing content and customer service. Later, they transitioned to roles at AASA, contributing to web production and editorial assistance. Francesca also worked at NCTA, where they served as a Senior Writer covering stories on cable broadband and technology. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Content Strategy & Development at CTAM. Additionally, Francesca has taken on roles as a Graduate School Editorial Intern at Education Week and an Education Policy Fellow at the Institute for Educational Leadership. Throughout their career, they have showcased strong writing, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Francesca Duffy Bliss holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Haverford College and a Master's degree in Journalism from Georgetown University. Francesca also graduated from St. Andrew's School with a High School Diploma. Additionally, they obtained certifications in editing from the Poynter Institute in 2021 and in intrapreneurship from the Syndeo Institute at The Cable Center in 2019.
