Susana Lopez

Susana Lopez has a diverse work experience dating back to 2001. Susana started off as a Personnel Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resorts before progressing to roles such as Director of Personnel at One&Only Resorts, Human Resources Director at Rosewood Mayakoba, and Human Resources Director at Capella Hotel Group. Susana then joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they served as the Director of People Services for The Cape, A Thompson Hotel, and later became the Area Director of People Services for Mexico. Susana also held the position of Directora de Encuestas y Estadisticas at Asociacion de RH de Los Cabos. Most recently, they have been working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Cabo del Sol, a luxurious resort community in Mexico.

Susana Lopez pursued a Master's degree in Dirección de Recursos Humanos 4.0 from IEBS between 2019 and 2020. Earlier, in 1995-1996, they completed a degree in Hotels and Restaurants Business Administration from Washington State University with a focus on Gestiòn de hoteles y restaurantes.
