Brendan Gilligan

Brendan is a Chartered Accountant and is a director of the ring-fenced bank of Lloyd’s Banking Group Plc. After almost 30 years in GE Capital, Brendan retired in April 2018. His last position was CFO of GE Capital International, before that Brendan held numerous roles and gained extensive experience in leading global projects within GE Capital, including acquisitions, dispositions, operational reviews, and reserve standardization projects.

Brendan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds an MBS in Corporate Leadership from Dublin City University.
