James Decker

James Decker has extensive work experience in the field of IT and consulting. James has worked as a Chief Technology Officer at Darn Tough Vermont since 2019, where they oversaw various aspects of their technology infrastructure. Prior to this, they held senior positions at Burton Snowboards, including Sr. Director Global IT and Director Enterprise Systems & Global Development. James was responsible for managing SAP implementations and overseeing enterprise development projects. Before joining Burton Snowboards, James worked as an independent SAP consultant and held managerial positions at Purdue Pharma, Netkey, IT Strategies, and Keene Consulting International. James also served in the US Army as a 35H Specialist.

James Decker attended Southern Connecticut State University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
