Brooks T. Neblett

Brooks sits in the Cabot’s Atlanta office to source and close industrial property investments in Atlanta and the Southeast US. Before joining Cabot in 2022, he was a Vice President on CBRE’s National Partners team focused on industrial sales throughout the Southeast US. He began his career as an underwriter at Towerpoint Capital. Brooks holds BS degrees in Real Estate and Economics from the University of Georgia.
