Gretchen S. Webb

Gretchen assists in overseeing the leasing and operations of industrial assets in the Southeast Region, which includes Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Gretchen joined Cabot in 2018 as an Asset Management Analyst and was most recently an Assistant Vice President, Asset Management before holding her current position of Vice President, Asset Management. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, where she dual majored in Management and Finance with a focus in Real Estate. She is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate at Georgetown University.
