Dwayne Roper

Dwayne Roper has held leadership roles in safety and security, currently serving as the Chief of Police and Director of Safety and Security at Cabot Public Schools since June 2018. Prior to this position, Dwayne Roper had a distinguished career at the Cabot Police Department, retiring as Lieutenant of Patrol after 27 years of service from May 1991 to June 2018. Dwayne Roper began their professional journey in the family business, Doyne's Auto Glass & Upholstery, working as an auto glass installer and upholsterer from January 1970 until transitioning to law enforcement in 1991. Dwayne Roper's educational background includes studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the Criminal Justice Institute.
