Jane Morgan Balgavy

Jane Morgan Balgavy has extensive experience in communication education and consulting, currently serving as Chair of the Professional and Personal Communication Department at Cabot Public Schools since August 2017. In addition to this role, Jane Balgavy is a Senior Consultant at Crescent Communication Consulting since June 2022 and previously directed Balgavy Communication Consulting, LLC from May 2013 to November 2022, specializing in interpersonal and organizational communication education. Jane Balgavy's career in education spans several positions, including Director of Forensics, Theatre, and Debate at Cabot Public Schools from 1991 to 2013 and Fine Arts Specialist at Little Rock School District from 1987 to 1990. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Education/Teaching of the Gifted and Talented from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor’s Degree in English / Speech & Theatre from the same institution.
