Gale Jean-Baptiste - FCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in driving transformational change and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as VP of Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships and VP of Human Resources at Cabot Saint Lucia since August 2021, Gale previously held significant leadership roles at OECS, Yahoo, BP, and Zoopla. Notably, Gale was instrumental in Yahoo's growth in the Middle East & Africa and played a key role in establishing HR functions and talent acquisition strategies across various regions. Gale holds a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources from London Metropolitan University.
