Jennifer Boisvert

Jennifer Boisvert has extensive work experience in human resources roles. Jennifer is currently the Head of HR Operations at Cabot Corporation since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Decision Resources Group from 2013 to 2019, holding various positions such as Director of HR Global Operations, HRBP of Corporate Shared Services, HR Specialist, and Recruiter. Earlier in their career, they worked at L3 as an HR Representative/Recruiting Coordinator in 2013 and at Summit Packaging Systems, Inc. as an HR Representative and Buyer from 2009 to 2013.

Jennifer Boisvert pursued their education at various institutions over the years. Jennifer obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, they attended Southern New Hampshire University, where they achieved their Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from 2010 to 2015. In 2013, Jennifer further expanded their knowledge by completing a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources also at Southern New Hampshire University.
