Sandra Angueira, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sandra has served as the Human Resources Director at Cabrera Auto since November 2020, leading all HR functions for the automotive business. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2020, they worked at Trane Puerto Rico as an HR Business Partner and HR Solutions Partner, supporting strategic planning and change management initiatives. From 1999 to 2014, they held multiple roles at Trane Puerto Rico, including Human Resources Manager and Latin America Training Team Leader. Earlier in their career, from 1997 to 2010, they worked as a Psychology Professor specializing in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology at Carlos Albizu University. Sandra also gained experience as a Training & Technology Leader at NATIONAL SCHOOL SERVICES from 1995 to 1998, where they developed and supervised training programs for educators and led technology initiatives.

Sandra Angueira, Ph.D. has a comprehensive educational background with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology. Sandra completed their Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University - San Juan Campus from 1992 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications/Advertising from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, which they completed from 1987 to 1991.
