Cabrillo is proud to be the largest developer of affordable homes in Ventura County. Incorporated since 1981, Cabrillo's success is the result of decades of passion, dedication and vision. We believe that every person has a right to decent, safe and affordable housing – a cornerstone of any community’s economic, environmental and social well-being.

Cabrillo's mission is to provide comprehensive housing services, through a community-building approach, that facilitates self-sufficiency for individuals and families who are most lacking in opportunity in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties and adjacent areas in Los Angeles County.
