Erica Kasperkowiak is a seasoned professional in human capital risk management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at CAC Specialty, where Erica leads Private Equity Human Capital Risk initiatives. Erica is also an Operating Partner on the Board of Directors for Evolution Risk Partners and a member of the Board of Directors at Evolution Risk Partners LLC. Previously, Erica held senior roles at Shore Capital Partners, HAUSER, and Alvarez & Marsal, where responsibilities included managing human capital risk strategies for substantial private equity portfolios. With experience at Willis Towers Watson and Halloran Sage, Erica has successfully overseen diverse client engagements and operational efficiencies. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
