Jennifer Schaeffer

Jennifer Schaeffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since October 2021, Jennifer also holds the position of Senior Vice President and Technology Practice Leader at CAC Specialty, where leadership of the Technology Practice Group includes advocating for clients and developing internal teams to meet their needs. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at JLT Specialty USA and Aon, as well as Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo Insurance Services and Director at NASDAQ OMX. Jennifer's academic background features a Joint MBA from Columbia Business School and the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, along with a BA in Economics and Latin American Studies from Bucknell University.
